AI app connections in your organization

Это содержимое пока не доступно на вашем языке.

People connect AI apps themselves, each with their own consent (connecting an AI app). Settings → AI → Connections gives owners and admins the view across the whole organization.

The list shows every active connection: the person and their role, the app’s name and address, its access (Only my data or Team data I can see), when it was connected, when it last read data and which tools it used in the last 30 days. Filter it by person or by app to answer questions such as who uses this app? or which apps does this person use?

Ended connections are not listed. A person sees their own connections in their profile’s Connected AI apps tab.

Choose Disconnect on a row to end that connection. The app’s next request fails; the person can connect it again with a new consent as long as the app is approved and AI access is on. To stop an app for everyone, revoke it under Settings → AI → Apps instead (approving AI apps), and to stop every app, turn off Allow external AI apps (MCP) (AI settings).

  • Connections, changes of access, disconnections, approvals and changes of the AI settings are written to the organization’s audit log, with who did it.
  • Every request of an AI app is recorded with the person, the app, the tool, the people the answer covered, the period and whether it was answered or refused. This record is what the Connected AI apps tab and the list above show as the tools used in the last 30 days.
