The reports are under Reports in the dashboard. Each one covers only the people you can see: owners and admins see the whole company, managers and team admins assigned to a team see that team and their viewer teams, and employees see only themselves.
Every report page accepts up to 93 days; the company report accepts up to 366 days when grouped by week or month.
A longer range is refused with range_too_long; choose a shorter one.
Links keep the selected dates and team, so you can share them.
General
Section titled “General”The general report sums up a period: worked, active and idle time, productive, neutral and unproductive time, Productivity %, Effectiveness %, overtime, late days and absent days. Each card shows the change against the previous period of the same length (for a full calendar month: the previous month). Below are a trend chart, a table per team and the top apps and websites.
Employees
Section titled “Employees”A table with one row per person: active days, earliest arrival and latest leaving time, worked and idle time, productive time, Productivity %, Effectiveness %, late, absent and left-early days, and overtime. Sort by any column. Expand a row to see that person’s trend and each day.
Company productivity
Section titled “Company productivity”Productivity % and Effectiveness % of the company over time, grouped by day, week or month, with a comparison of the teams.
Comparison
Section titled “Comparison”Compare people or teams (up to 50) for one period against the previous one. The table shows the current value, the previous value and the change; the chart marks each one against the average.
How lateness, absence and overtime are counted
Section titled “How lateness, absence and overtime are counted”- Late: arrival later than the expected start plus the late tolerance. With flexible hours nobody is late.
- Absent: a working day without any activity. Only people who used the desktop app in the last 30 days are counted.
- Left early: leaving earlier than the expected end minus the tolerance.
- Overtime: worked time above the daily minimum work time, plus all time worked on a day off.
The expected day comes from the working hours in the company settings, or from the person’s shifts and leave when your plan includes them (shifts, absences). Approved offline time counts as work, so it can prevent a late or absent mark.
Export
Section titled “Export”Every report page has an Export button that opens the export dialog with a suitable template (exports and e-mail reports).
