My data and KVKK requests
این محتوا هنوز به زبان شما در دسترس نیست.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask your employer what data it holds about you, for a copy of it, and for it to be corrected or erased. Your employer (the organization that uses Focus) decides on your request and has to answer within 30 days. Workify360 provides the tools.
Open your profile’s Privacy tab. My data shows your requests, who viewed your data, and the privacy notices you have read. What the desktop app records is explained in what Focus records about me.
Send a request
Section titled “Send a request”Choose New request, then the kind of request:
| Kind | What you get |
|---|---|
| Access | What data is held about you, as a download with a summary |
| Export | A copy of your data as a download |
| Erasure | Your data in this organization is erased, except records the law requires your employer to keep |
| Rectification | Wrong data is corrected |
| Restriction | Your data is used less, for example not tracked any more |
| Objection | You object to how your data is used |
Add details if they help, for example which data is wrong. Do not write health information or other sensitive data into the request.
If your last sign-in was more than a few minutes ago, Focus asks you to sign in again before sending. That is how
your identity is confirmed, so your employer does not need to check it again. You can have one open request of each
kind (request_open).
You can also make a request by e-mail, by letter or in person to your employer; they record it in Focus for you.
After you send it
Section titled “After you send it”Your list shows each request with its status and the deadline. You get a notification when it is decided and when it is done (notifications). A rejected request shows the reason.
- Access and export: when your data is ready, choose the download on your request. You can download it for 7 days; each link works for 5 minutes, so choose the download again if one expires. The ZIP has CSV and JSON files and a README in Turkish and English: your profile (with your mobile phone number, if you have one), your activity and daily totals, your devices and sign-ins, your time entries, leave and shifts, your notifications and support requests, the audit log entries about you, and the full list of who viewed your data. If screenshots were taken of your screen, it also has a list of them and the images themselves; when the images together are larger than 1 GB, only the list is included and the README says how to view them in the dashboard.
- Erasure: your data in this organization is erased and you can no longer sign in to it. Records your employer must keep by law stay without your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number, for example time and attendance records and invoices. If you also belong to another organization in Focus, your account and that organization’s data stay. Your screenshots and their images are erased too. A legal hold, for example during a court case, can delay the erasure; your employer tells you.
Who viewed my data
Section titled “Who viewed my data”Who viewed my data shows how often others looked at your data, by channel (dashboard, report export, e-mail report, support), by kind of data and by month. Your own views are not counted.
Your organization can also show the names and roles of the people who viewed your data, and when; you then see a list below the counts. Either way, the full list is part of your data export.
Screenshots
Section titled “Screenshots”Screenshots are off by default. If your organization turns them on for you, the Screenshots card on this tab shows whether they are on, the interval, whether they are blurred and how long they are kept, and whether you have given your consent. Read the notice, then give your consent or withdraw it on the same card. After you withdraw, no screenshot taken reaches Workify360, and the desktop app stops capturing within at most 15 minutes; earlier screenshots stay until the retention period ends, unless you ask for their erasure with a request above (screenshots and your consent). Every time someone views your screenshots, it is counted under Who viewed my data.
Privacy notices
Section titled “Privacy notices”The privacy notices you have read are listed with their version and the date. Open one to read it again. When your employer publishes a new version, the dashboard asks you to read it the next time you open it; choose I have read and understood (privacy notices).
