Troubleshoot this computer

Este conteúdo não está disponível em sua língua ainda.

In desktop app 2.0 and later, open the Focus menu and choose Help ▸ Troubleshoot this computer. The app checks itself on this computer and shows what it found, the most important finding first, for example “3 problems found”. Open the article takes you to the help article for the first finding. When everything is fine, the window says “No problems found”, and Open the article opens this article.

The check runs on your computer only. It uses what the app already knows, sends nothing and takes a moment.

Outside the tracking hours the app sends nothing on purpose, so that finding is information, not an error.

Some problems cannot be seen from the computer, for example a report filter in the dashboard or an admin setting. Try no data in reports, and if the problem stays, report a problem: the diagnostics you send let support see the same checks.
