Audit log

یہ مواد ابھی آپ کی زبان میں دستیاب نہیں ہے۔

The audit log records the changes made in your organization: who did what, when, for whom, and the values before and after. For example, it shows who changed the company settings, a role or a shift, and when. Owners and admins read it in Settings → Security → Audit log. Nobody can edit or delete an entry, not even an owner.

CategoryExamples
Sign-inSign-ins and sign-outs, failed sign-ins, password changes, two-step verification turned on or off, sign-in methods linked or removed
AdministrationPeople invited, roles and teams changed, members deactivated, settings and the sign-in policy changed, single sign-on connections and domains, devices revoked, productivity rules, categories and app names
TimeOffline time added, changed, approved or rejected; tracked time deleted and restored
CalendarShift templates, shifts, shift requests, absence types, absences, leave balances and holidays; the note of an absence is never written to the log
BillingPlan and subscription changes
PrivacyChanges to what is recorded and how long it is kept
SupportSupport access granted and revoked (support access), support requests

Each entry shows the time (in your organization’s time zone), the category, the action, who did it (By), the person it concerns (Concerns) and the record it changed. Choose Details to compare the values before and after.

  • The role shown next to a name is the person’s current role, not the role at the time of the change.
  • IP addresses are shown shortened (the last part is hidden), to keep personal data to a minimum.
  • A person who was removed from the organization appears as “Deleted person”. Changes made by Focus itself appear as “System”, and reads by support staff under a grant as “Workify360 support”.

Filter by Dates (up to 93 days at a time; a longer range is refused with “Choose at most 93 days.”, range_too_long), Category, Action (for example time_entry.approved) and Person, either the one who did it or the one it concerns. The newest entries come first; choose Load more to go further back.

For example, to see who changed the company settings yesterday, choose yesterday under Dates and Administration under Category, then open the entry “Settings changed” with Details to see the values before and after.

Sign-in entries are kept for 2 years and billing entries for 10 years. Other entries are kept as long as the data they describe.
