About Us

Who we are

Workify360 and Focus are built and run by VERFAY YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Workify360 brand you see on this website, in the app and on invoices belongs to this company, and your payments and agreements are made with it.

Our goal is to let managers and teams see where work flows and where it gets stuck by looking at data rather than guesses.

What we offer

Focus has two parts: a desktop app that runs on employees' computers and a web dashboard that managers use.

• Automatic tracking of application and website usage, active time and idle time
• Productivity reports calculated from your company's own rules
• Shift plans, leave and public holiday tracking
• Privacy features such as private time for employees and role-based access

See our pricing page for all features and plans, and our help center for setup and everyday use.

How we work

• Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
• Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required for the trial.
• Customers in Türkiye pay in Turkish lira with PayTR. You enter your card details on PayTR's secure payment page, and they never reach us.
• We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
