What the pilot includes Pilot

Daily and weekly summaries Pilot
A headline and a few highlights about each day and each week, for a person and for a team of at least three people. Every figure is a Focus metric shown next to the text; the AI text itself contains no numbers.
Everyone sees their own Pilot
Employees see their own summaries. Managers see the summaries of the teams they can already see in Focus, and a person's summary only if the owner turns that on.
Workload alerts
Six signals calculated by Focus without AI: unusual idle time, night work, overtime streak, long week, weekend work and productivity drop, compared with each person's last four weeks or with thresholds you set. In the dashboard and in a daily e-mail digest, off by default.
Signals, not judgements
Summaries and alerts never score or rank people, never guess anyone's health or mood, and no decision is made from them automatically. They are a starting point for a conversation about workload.
Privacy rules for AI summaries
- The AI never gets window titles, URLs, e-mail addresses, names, team names, devices, IP addresses, notes or screenshots.
- It gets totals only: minutes, percentages, local times, focus blocks, app names, categories and productivity levels. Website domains are added only if your organization turns them on.
- A person's own summary does not name them, and team members appear to the AI under pseudonyms that change with every summary.
- AI processing is off by default. Each employee must accept the AI notice before any of their data is sent, and can withdraw at any time.
- The provider is Anthropic in the United States, listed on our subprocessors page. Summaries are kept for 180 days and the data sent to the AI for 30 days.
- Every summary that is generated or viewed is written to the access log that employees can see.
