Is this legal? What will my employees say?

The first question every employer asks about an employee monitoring tool. Focus never runs hidden and collects little; the tools to inform your employees and handle their data requests are ready in the dashboard.

  • No hidden mode Every employee installs the app on their own computer and signs in with their own account. The Focus icon shows in the menu bar or system tray.
  • Employees see their own data Everyone sees their own day, apps and websites in My Focus, and can read what is recorded on a public help page.
  • Little data, your settings Keystroke content, camera and microphone are never recorded. You can turn off window titles and web addresses for the company, a team or a person.
  • Privacy notices with read receipts Start from Focus's default text, publish your own privacy notice, and see in the dashboard who has read it and who has not yet.
  • Data subject requests in one place Access, export, rectification and erasure requests are kept with the identity check, the decision and the evidence. The owner and admins are reminded before the deadline.
  • Retention and its report Activity data past its retention period is removed every night and shows in the retention report. You choose how long window titles are kept, from 1 to 395 days.

How does the free trial work?
Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial with all Premium features. No credit card required. The account owner chooses Pro or Premium and pays on the payment provider's secure checkout page. If you do not subscribe, an organization with up to 3 users continues on the Free plan when the trial ends; with more users the account becomes read-only until the owner chooses a plan or reduces the active users to 3 and switches to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What is the Free plan?
Free is for an organization with up to 3 active users: they get the Pro features, with no credit card and no payment. Premium features are not included. Invited users who have not joined yet do not count toward the 3. To add a fourth active user, the account owner chooses Pro or Premium first. The owner can switch to Free on the billing page when the organization has at most 3 active users; a paid plan switched to Free stays paid until the end of its period.
Which users do I pay for?
Only active users. Invited users who have not joined yet and deactivated users are free. Your seat count follows your active users automatically: with Stripe, changes are prorated; with PayTR, the new count applies from your next renewal.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades from Pro to Premium apply immediately. Downgrades from Premium to Pro, and switching between monthly and yearly billing, apply at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for, and you keep full access until then. You can resume before the period ends. After that, an organization with up to 3 active users continues on the Free plan; otherwise the account becomes read-only. Your data is kept.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access to update your payment method. If the payment still fails, the account becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and view data, but changes are paused. Everything returns as soon as the payment goes through.
Will billing ever delete my data?
No. Billing never deletes your data. An ended trial, a failed payment or a cancellation only switches the account to read-only mode, or to the Free plan for up to 3 users.
How do I pay?
By card. Customers in Turkey pay via PayTR in Turkish lira (TRY). Customers in other countries pay via Stripe in US dollars (USD), or in euros (EUR) in EU countries. Payment pages are hosted by the payment provider, so your card details never reach Workify360. Customers in Turkey are charged 20% VAT (KDV) on top of the listed price; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
